Swimming Pool Restoration and Coatings
Painting swimming pools is another controversial subject due to many possible failures. Many swimming pools get painted without the proper surface preparation; some having to be repainted every year. In these cases, the complete removal of the coatings is a must for a successful job.
The sandblasting process might pit and damage the concrete surface which would then need to be resurfaced. After blasting, the repairs must be assessed, as well. The pools with a good, tight finish can only be acid washed and painted. We have completed many pools during the years of all size ranges.
