Painting the exterior of commercial buildings is another service we perform nationwide. While it is not a very difficult task, it has different logistics, specific conditions, and environments to adapt to.
The surfaces are usually block, concrete, or siding. The proper surface preparation must be chosen to fit the situation. The repairs will vary—caulking, patching, or tuck pointing. The primer and finishes will be chosen depending on the situation, and the finish needs to have a superior UV resistance.
The biggest problem with these projects can be the overspray, which must be monitored, controlled, and managed.
